Project description

Ready4life is a mobile phone-based program developed by the ISGF in cooperation with and on behalf of Swiss Lung League (Lungenliga Schweiz). The project aims to strengthen apprentices’ life skills (social competence, resistance to substance consumption/abuse and dealing with stress) and to promote smoking cessation. As an incentive, the program offers a chance for participants to win attractive prizes. The program is being reviewed by the ISGF with regard to feasibility and effectiveness in the context of a pre-post study with about 1500 apprentices in the German and French speaking parts of Switzerland.
